“I will admit, I was skeptical. I didn’t know how this whole online thing would work. But it does and it is very cost effective for the amount of information, training and nutrition that you get. I have tried working out with trainers in my gym, and found it’s very easy to cancel my sessions time and time again, and they don’t care, because I’ve already paid them. When I do go in, they put me on a “cookie-cutter” program, and they talk to their friends while I mindlessly go through the motions. That didn’t help at all.
